By Prosper Makene, LUSAKA, Zambia Tanzania's senior female military diplomat, Colonel Bula Bulali, has concluded her four-year tour of duty in Zambia, leaving behind a legacy of strengthened defence ties and groundbreaking cooperation between the two historic allies. Col. Bulali, who has served as Tanzania's Defence Advisor accredited to the Republic of Zambia since 2022, officially bade farewell to Zambia's Ministry of Defence and its Services on Tuesday, 17th September 2026. According to a Press Statement issued by the Ministry of Defence, her tenure was marked by tangible achievements in defence diplomacy, military training, and joint cooperation. Reflecting on her service, Col. Bulali said Zambia and Tanzania had scored significant success in enhancing people-to-people ties and military collaboration.
